My whole family sees Dr Mohit Tolani, and yesterday I had him do a filling for myself. Honestly we are all very pleased with his work. Very professional, thorough, caring and takes the time to answer any and all questions you may have.We originally found him when my son was having issues with one of his teeth and just through the initial phone conversation I knew we had found a keeper of a dentist!You can tell he is one of very few people who love their job and is there to make a difference.The receptionist, Caitlin, is also just so lovely, professional, polite and helpful. Rude, unprofessional, not even sure they are fit to call themselves dentistsIt was a triad of hopelessness from the receptionists complete incompetence the dental assistant letting me choke on water while bashing my teeth repetitively with the suction- to which I had to ask her to stop hitting my teeth and she completely ignored.The dentist gave me six numbing injections said she’d be back in a bit but then left me for over 40 minutes sitting in the chair alone …. To be honest, there was many times I nearly pushed the tray away and walked out. The dentist decided that they needed to be an extraction to which I reluctantly agreed just to be out of pain. She worked on my tooth for half an hour and I felt every single thing. It was pure agony. Neither dentist nor assistant showed any concern. Both dentist and assistant didn’t even show recognition when I explained my mental health issues and anxiety and how I have to work with the dentist – when you miss your Centrelink dentist you know somethings wrong.!!!!The dentist very stupidly cut my tooth horizontally leaving just a quarter of the tooth…. Absolutely no idea why she did this but the dentist and oral surgeon I had to see to fix her work and complete the job were very frustrated as it left the no tooth to pull so had to have surgery and stitches because of this.Dentist gave me week antibiotics so I had to go to Dr to get ones that had proper strength.Overall, I would never ever recommend this dentist !!!!

Moving down to Illawarra many trepidations as to finding ethical dentists with knowledge and professionalism but fortunate to have struck it lucky with Dapto Dentists. From the genuine customer service greeting when you enter through to dental procedures (Dr Tolsni is fantastic as is specialist Dr Omar) I cannot recommend their services especially if you require extensive dental works. That can be scary and you want to know you are in the right professional care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This dental practice is fantastic. I’ve been to many different ones as I’ve struggled to feel comfortable with the dentists. So many times I’ve just been treated like a number and dentists have used a “rush” approach (which meant using too much force and pressure and causing pain). Dr Verma takes her time to explain things, doesn’t cause unnecessary discomfort when cleaning and listens to me. So grateful to have found Woonona Dentists and Dr Verma. It’s a true “small town” vibe with all the modern touches. I’ve struggled with anxiety with going to the dentists in the past but I feel very comfortable with these guys. I can’t recommend enough!

I went for my first visit of a check-up and clean. The environment was bright and comfortable. The reception team were attentive and friendly. The dentist explained what she was going to do and was very good. The dental assistant was brilliant and by far the best dental assistant I have experienced (she knew how to use the suction properly!). I will return.

These are the amongst the most caring, patient and professional Dentists and staff that I have come across. We were greeted with the lovely lady’s at the front & then met Dr Mohit Talani who is the friendliest dentist I have ever met. He explained everything that would be happening, asked about us & what my partner wanted to achieve & then gave his honest opinion. Took X-rays & left no stone unturned. We got it explained thoroughly & were excited with the plan he had moving forward. Would definitely recommend Shellharbour Dentists to ANYONE. Plenty of parking out front also.*They even have a tv screen on the ceiling you can watch while you’re in the chair.
